We want to make sure we deliver the very best technical support to you and we deliver that support in a variety of different ways depending on how urgent the matter is, where you are, what the problem is etc.

Remote Support is one of the tools we often use as it lets us see the problem quickly and at a time more convenient to you - none of that hanging around waiting for someone to arrive.  If you have never seen Remote Support in action it looks like magic but can also seem a bit concerning - if we can so, surely so can others?

To help explain a bit more about how Remote Support works, what we are doing and how you can maintain control at all times we are going to take you through the tool we use, show you what happens and allay any concerns you may have.
