To get technical support:
Support is during working hours, 8.30am to 6.00pm Mon-Fri (this may vary occasionally) and if your call isn't answered you will be able to leave a voicemail. If leaving a voicemail you must make sure you include the following otherwise your call-back may be delayed:
If you have a genuinely urgent matter outside of the normal hours please use contact details above - Email and voicemail are checked throughout the evening and early in the morning.
It is also worth searching for articles which may resolve your issue or provide you with options for working around the problem until the Helpdesk opens again.
